What we do.

Daytime Activities

At the beginning of the week, you will be introduced to an open investigation.
It's your job to work with our counselors, demonstrators, and guest speakers to gain the skills necessary to crack the case!

Campers will gain first hand experience with a number of forensic practices through in-class lectures by our guest and counselors, as well as laboratory activities. These include:
  • Crime scene note-taking and photography
  • Identifying and packaging evidence
  • Developing DNA profiles for their case
  • Evidence analysis in: fingerprints, bloodstains, hairs, footwear impressions, and skeletal remains
  • Participating in a mock trial

Professional Visits

Throughout the week, campers will be able to interact with various members of the community currently working in the field. This not only benefits our campers with first hand experience but gives them insight into possible post-secondary and future career opportunities. Check out some of our past guest speakers below.
